Care Instructions :
Soak in cold water and use mild detergent to wash.
Do not brush or squeeze the lace.
Do not iron.
If ironing needed, cover with aother layer of fabric to iron.

Will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Unless, the item has a defect / damage. And exchange can be made one time only.

All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
Item (s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packed properly. We reserve the right to not accept returns and send back the items to you if we received an unsuitable condition.

5.1. Shipping cost are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reach our office. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, your parcel will be processed within 1-3 working days once it reaches our warehouse.

5.2. Please be informed that we only accept cash or transfer by online banking for postage fee. We do not accept ‘WANG POS’ from pos laju for postage fee.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item (s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.
Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible to EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND.
