Reasons such as :

3.2) I don’t want it anymore,
3.3) The colour is different from the website,
3.4) I don’t like the design, I want change to other items,
3.5) I don’t like the material,
Will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Unless, the item has a defect / damage. And exchange can be made one time only.
All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
Item (s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packed properly. We reserve the right to not accept returns and send back the items to you if we received an unsuitable condition.
